Our new summer menu is a breath of fresh air for the city's food scene. Building upon the previous seasonal menus, this promises to be the best one yet. Our nutritionally-led meals have been revamped for summer, with dishes full of fresh flavours and eye-catching colours available at breakfast, lunch, dinner, and everywhere in-between.
The breakfast menu has been extended to include wholemeal bagels, breakfast smoothies, more scrambled egg dishes, and sweet potato pancakes topped with either strawberries and blueberry chia yoghurt, vanilla protein yoghurt or bacon and scrambled egg. The breakfast menu also includes an acai berry smoothie bowl topped with fresh summer fruits, and a warm breakfast salad with veggie sausage, bacon, cherry tomatoes, lettuce and spinach topped with thyme croutons and a runny poached egg.
Wraps and salads have been reinvented for summer, and if you’ve been a fan of Nourish for a while, you’ll be pleased to know that the Chicken & Avocado Wrap is back on the menu! Some of our spring wraps will be continued into summer, alongside new options of Roast Salmon & Dill, Sesame Chicken and Chipotle Chicken.
The Protein Box and Gym Box salads are staying on the menu (but you’ll notice that they’ve had a summer makeover), and will be joined by Veggie Energy Box, Courgette, Feta & Pesto, Salmon, Kiwi & Dill Yoghurt, Rad Thai and Chicken & Mango Nam Prik. There’s also a salad and wrap dedicated to our new recipe sweet potato falafels. You’ll see a new Warm Chicken Salad on the hot food menu – topped with a poached egg and garlic and turmeric yoghurt.
Our regular customers will be pleased to know that hot food favourites Beef Rendang, Thai Chicken Curry, Chicken & Red Pepper Tagine and Italian Meatballs are staying on the menu, but will be joined by a Coconut and Lentil Curry and Brazilian Beans – our new take on chilli. The spriralised veg used in our hot meals will also be replaced with a crunchy, colourful slaw, with a new, low carb version of each meal available.
We’ve extended the amount of baked sweet potatoes on offer for summer, new toppings include Feta & Red Onion, Asian Slaw, Salmon & Dill Yoghurt and Brazilian Beans.
Also, due to popular demand, we’re excited to announce the return of Miso Chicken! This will be available in a hot wrap, with a veggie version added to the new hot food menu.
Just popping in for a drink or snack? From the launch of the summer menu we’ll be serving fresh iced coffees, and new, thick smoothies including Chocolate Banana, Berry Banana Blast and Kiwi, Chia & Spinach. Bulletproof coffee is also available at breakfast for those on a high fat diet.
Sweet Potato Brownies and Dairy-Free Cheesecakes (a lower calorie version) will be staying on the menu, with Blueberry Chia Yoghurt & Granola, Quinoa Yoghurt & Chia Jam Pot and Acai Berry Smoothie Pot all new additions.
We all believe that this menu is going to be our best yet. A mixture of new, exciting dishes, favourites from the spring menu and some much-loved items from our very first menus – we’ve focused on exactly what our customers want to see. We think you’re going to love it.
