Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free meal plans now available at Nourish

If you follow us on social media, you probably already know that we run a bespoke meal plan service from our Leeds and Sheffield restaurants. We’ve just expanded this service to include vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free meal plans.

Providing a completely bespoke experience, our meal plan service provides customers with a nutrition plan perfectly tailored to your personal health and fitness goals.The meal plans provide you with breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks, and all supplements needed, meaning no more weekly food shop, monotonous meal prep or repetitive meals, no matter what your dietary requirement.

David, Nourish's founder and expert nutritionist, personally completes a full health consultation and bodymetrix analysis with each potential client, and this forms the base of each specific plan.

Unlike other meal plan companies that send out the same dish to everyone - no matter what the goal - each Nourish plan is completely different, and bespoke to each individual person. All meal plan clients also have direct contact with David, who is on hand 24/7 to offer nutritional guidance. With each meal made in our kitchens by our experienced in-house chefs, you can talk to them and actually watch your food being prepared, something that online meal delivery companies just can’t offer.

This personal approach reflects our ethos of transparency and nutritionally balanced meals with no empty calories, sugar or salt, with each dish on the plans made from scratch using fresh, local ingredients.

Our meal plans are currently used by top Yorkshire sportspeople including world-title boxers Jamie and Gavin McDonnell, and Miss NABBA UK professional bodybuilder Emma Hyndman, as well as many Nourish restaurant customers that simply want to improve their overall health. Our meal plans give clients the nutritional knowledge that they need to succeed.

The meals provided are largely based on our seasonal menu items, as well as some off-the-menu dishes, such as “baked kale pesto cod with herb sweet potato mash and mixed greens in avocado oil”, “Italian scrambled eggs” and snacks such as “banana sushi” and “seasonal fruit pot with coconut cream and raw cacao shavings”.
