Nourish 2016 spring menu launch… it’s nearly here!

Our spring menu is launching in Leeds on Monday, and Sheffield on Tuesday, next week you’ll be able to try our fresh, seasonal dishes.

We've hosted two exclusive taster events for bloggers and journalists in both Leeds and Sheffield, and we’re very pleased to say that we've received some brilliant feedback about the new dishes (just look at our Twitter feed!). 

You can expect some bold flavours (like the rhubarb in our Spring Superfood Salad) and fresh textures that add that little hint of spring, and again, we’ll be using only the freshest ingredients, providing you with food that makes you feel great.

However, for this menu, our local ingredients have been given an exotic twist. We’ve included influences from North Africa to the Far East, and then back to our local regions.

The spring dishes use warming spices, such as the rose petal harissa in our Chicken and Red Pepper Tagine, to curry spices mixed with vibrant Indonesian herbs in our Beef Rendang.

Our new salads are full of flavour as well as being rich in nutrients, using the best Yorkshire rhubarb, zesty sauerkraut, delicate leaves and ancient grains. The Duck ‘Bang Bang’ salad is made with slow roasted duck, bok choy and an almond butter dressing. This menu sees us explore dressings and sauces; we’ve ‘nourished’ some classic options to give you our great tasting, healthier versions.

New sweet potato toppings include Italian Meatballs, Chipotle Beans & Mozzarella and Salmon Superfood, and we’ve also complemented our savoury menu with a much wider range of desserts. These include Yorkshire Rhubarb Crumble, Mango & Coconut Panna Cotta and Chocolate Avocado Mousse. Sweet treats without the sugar, and without the guilt.

Our smoothie menu has also been given a spring revamp, with lots of fresh berry, seasonal fruit and coffee flavours.

The whole Nourish team has been involved in the development of the new menu, alongside some great feedback from our customers. We start with a number of key seasonal ingredients, and work from there. We’re constantly searching for new ideas and foods that fit with our nutritional beliefs at Nourish, and we think you’ll love what we’ve put together for our new menu.
